BEGINNERS’ WORKOUT

Warm up, stretching with light exercise and lots of smiles.

Stretching 

As you know, at the end of every intense workout, the most important thing is to reduce the pace and normalize your heart rate. Suddenly stopping the movement does not contribute to this, on the contrary, the circulation is impaired, the flow of oxygen to the brain becomes insufficient, which leads to an unpleasant feeling of fatigue and dizziness.

That is why stretching should be involved here. It gives the body time to normalize the heart and respiratory rhythm and improve blood circulation, which in turn leads to muscle cooling and proper recovery.

Stretching after workout helps to restore the body both physiologically and psychologically.
